Gürze Books, LLC is a Carlsbad, California based publishing company specializing on books addressing eating disorders and body image. The company was founded in 1980 by husband and wife, Leigh Cohn and Lindsey Hall, to publish their 31-page booklet ''Eat Without Fear'' on October 15, 1980, 〔(World cat item record ) 〕 bulimia nervosa〔Hall, Lindsey and Leigh Cohn.
